Total Fitouts Transforms A&G Realty’s Office into a Modern and Inviting Space

When A&G Realty Maryborough approached Total Fitouts Wide Bay, they were looking to transform their outdated and cramped reception area into a modern and inviting space that would make a great first impression on their real estate clients. With the help of the commercial design and shop fitting team, the antiquated space was transformed into a modern, fresh, and appealing workspace. The project was conceptually designed and managed by Warren Thorpe and the Wide Bay team from start to finish, the concept to completion commercial fit out experts.

The scope of the office fitout project included remodelling the reception area and updating the back of house staff facilities. The office defit and transformation was epic. The result; a transformation from an outdated, old-school space into an appealing, modern, and stylish workspace, where customers and staff feel comfortable and welcome. 

Ishoa, the commercial interior designer for this project, crafted a front reception area that made much better use of the existing space, with a showpiece reception desk and on trend bespoke panelling. She helped the client choose all the details, including vases that added to the aesthetic, chairs, and of course, the centre piece memorable reception desk.

The project took four weeks to build, and the office team moved out for the duration. Project manager Annet ordered fixtures and fitting, and managed trades and schedules. The local Total Fitouts construction team rebuilt the space from the ground up, demolishing the existing space and rebuild the improved floorplan. Finishing touches included plants (faux and dried) and branded signage displayed behind the reception area. Floor-to-ceiling soft sheers created privacy from the neighbouring arcade passageway and softened the modern lines and the extensive existing glazing.

Ishoa says, “The project now has a natural, fresh feel to it, with bespoke wooden panelling, custom wooden shelves, and storage solutions. The addition of soft curtains, pendant lights, and bespoke signage create the welcoming and warm atmosphere and style the client desired. The street appeal was enhanced with fresh signage and interchangeable displays to showcase real estate properties.”
