The new Maiden Gully Medical Practice is a modern medical facility created for the local community. The centre is fully accessible (DDA compliant) and has ten GP consulting rooms, a pathology room, and a treatment room for procedures.
The centre boasts a clean design concept, with low-maintenance fixtures and medical specific Body Protected Power.
A property ‘Change of Use’ was implemented to convert a domestic home into the medical centre, which meant a complete interior demolition, new ceiling design and structural works, service upgrades and relocation, and maintaining the project budget and building program.
