JANUARY
Pop Up Health, a commercial medical and office fitout, located in Dulwich Adelaide, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Adelaide Central team. Pop Up Health embodies a vision of a warm, calming, and open-plan interior that promotes productivity while offering tailored healthcare services across South Australia.
Brett Kelly, Director at Total Fitouts Adelaide Central says, “Despite the challenges posed by the building’s disuse over several years, including outdated services and mechanical systems, our team navigated through with expertise and finesse…”
FEBRUARY
The Bakers Room, a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Urangan Hervey Bay, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Wide Bay team. The Bakers Room external façade had to retain its historical charm, whilst the internal space underwent a complete transformation.
Salem Assad, Director at Total Fitouts Sydney Inner West says, “The commercial design ethos is a harmonious fusion of coastal charm and industrial chic, all carefully curated around the hues of The Baker’s Room logo. Every detail, from the feature tiles to the rendered counter fonts, exudes a sense of craftsmanship and style…”
MARCH
Diamond Nails, a commercial wellness and beauty fitout, located in Redcliffe Bay Brisbane, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South team. Diamond Nails owners Martin and Nok Boyd asked for an inviting reception area, an open nail salon area as well as two luxurious beauty and massage rooms.
Heath Nicholson, Director at Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South says, “Upon entering Diamond Nails, guests are transported into a realm of boutique charm and modern elegance. The commercial fitout is adorned in soft shades of pink, creating a soothing and inviting atmosphere….”
APRIL
AML 3D, a commercial office fitout, located in North Plympton Adelaide, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Adelaide Central team. AML 3D spans across two floors, designed to cater to both collaborative and private work needs, embodying the brand while maintaining the functionality of an office environment.
Nella Abiad, commercial interior design at Muse Design Studio said, “The stainless steel reception material symbolises the metal materials used in AML 3D’s 3D printing processes. The use of timber offsets the industrial feel of stainless steel, creating a balanced, welcoming environment…”
MAY
Tim Adams Roastery, a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Birtinya Sunshine Coast, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South team. Tim Adams Roastery and Cafe reflects the essence of Tim Adams’ brand colours. The style exuded a modern industrial vibe, with mood and finishes centred around earthy tones and natural textures.
Commercial designer from Studio Shibui, Danuza said, “The commercial design process for Tim Adams Roastery began with a deep understanding of our client’s stories and needs, recognising that their vision is paramount…”
JUNE
Meats & Greet BBQ, a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Kiama Illawarra, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Illawarra team. Meats & Greet BBQ exudes a modern, stylish aesthetic with its dark, bronze, and gold finishes that create a rich and luxurious feel providing a vibrant dining option for locals and visitors alike.
Greg Doherty, Director at Total Fitouts Illawarra says, “The commercial hospitality fitout incorporated unique and general features such as upholstered booths, custom lighting, LED strips, and comprehensive shopfront glazing and signage…”
JULY
Sunshine Coast Neurosurgery, a commercial medical fitout, located in Birtinya Sunshine Coast, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South team. Sunshine Coast Neurosurgery features a modern coastal style with a warm and inviting mood. The commercial design emphasises warm feature lighting, avoiding harsh LEDs, and incorporates extensive use of timber and custom joinery.
Telia, in-house commercial designer says, “The interior fitout encompassed the commercial design and fitout of five consultation rooms, each equipped with custom joinery and hand wash stations, along with office equipment. A private admin room for the practice manager was also included, featuring custom-built storage joinery…”
AUGUST
Jasmin One, a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Five Dock Sydney, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sydney Inner West team. The owner of Jasmin One sought a commercial design that stood out from the typical restaurant aesthetic, opting for a Middle Eastern-inspired space featuring arches and a cohesive green and brown colour scheme.

A standout feature of the commercial design is the arches behind the banquette seating…”
SEPTEMBER
Peacemaker Saloon, a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Braddon Canberra, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Canberra North team. Peacemaker Saloon is a cowboy-inspired Western bar offering an authentic slice of Americana, captured by using timber flooring sets the stage, leading into a space enriched with VJ paneling and ornate wainscoting that lend texture and warmth.
Marko Jelinic, Director at Total Fitouts Canberra North says, “The bar area stands out with its blue and white tiling, paired with a frosted, stained-patterned mirror and bespoke signage overtop that reflects the room’s rustic yet sophisticated atmosphere…”
OCTOBER
My Secret Wardrobe, a commercial retail fitout, located in Yagoona Sydney, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sydney Inner West team. My Secret Wardrobe features a clean, minimal, and modern aesthetic with a focus on industrial-inspired elements. Sleek stainless steel sliding barn doors with exposed hardware adds a touch of industrial flair to the crisp white wall, while the long, minimal handle complements the overall streamlined look.

NOVEMBER
Doughballs, a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Rundle Mall Adelaide, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Adelaide Central team. Doughballs provides a moody, ambient dining experience that is warm and inviting, with a focus on texture, coloured marble, and custom joinery to create a lively yet cozy atmosphere.
Amethyst Hudson, commercial designer at Muse Design says, “The use of curves throughout the space, particularly framing the kitchen and back bar, complements the circular strip lighting, adding a distinctive flair that sets the venue apart from other restaurants in the area. The coloured natural stone tiles on the bar create a beautiful focal point, balancing luxury with the budget constraints…”
DECEMBER
Institute for Healthy Living, a commercial medical fitout, located in Bondi Junction Sydney, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sydney South East team. Institute for Healthy Living balances aesthetics and practicality, resulting in a welcoming sanctuary where individuals can embark on their journey toward personal transformation by combining a serene colour palette and sophisticated architectural details.
Brett Jones, Director at Total Fitouts Sydney South East says, “The commercial design choice of curved Venetian plastering softens the visual lines of the space, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. The curves create a natural flow throughout the practice, guiding clients through the space in a way that feels organic and welcoming…”
